Beyond strategy, Chase leads the senior team, shapes the culture that defines how Oversight shows up for its clients, and serves as the company's primary voice with partners, stakeholders, and the communities it serves. He takes full ownership of outcomes and works every day to ensure the standards behind every placement reflect the company Oversight Staffing is built to be.

Madison holds a Bachelor's in Advertising and Marketing from the University of South Florida and brings over four years of hands-on experience in the multi-family industry. That background shapes how Oversight Staffing Group approaches every placement — she knows the day-to-day realities of a property, the pressure points of turns and leasing seasons, and exactly what it takes to match the right talent to each role. Having worked inside the industry before stepping into staffing, Madison understands that a resume only tells part of the story; the right fit comes down to temperament, work ethic, and the ability to add value from day one. Madison leads new partnerships across Florida, working with property management companies, regionals, and ownership groups to build long-term relationships rooted in responsiveness, transparency, and results.
