Built by operators, for operators
After years working in the multi-family industry alongside property managers across the state of Florida, our founders kept seeing the same challenges play out on every property — last-minute call-offs, hard-to-fill maintenance roles, leasing teams stretched thin during peak season, and staffing partners who didn't understand the day-to-day of on-site work. Oversight Staffing Group was created to help solve those challenges from the inside, with people who have lived them firsthand.
